8. REMODEL RESTROOMS
TWO LEVEL DESIGN PROJECT OVERVIEW:
THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF INTERIOR ALTERATIONS OF A 68,100 S.F.
EXISTING TWO LEVEL DICK'S SPORTING GOOD'S BUILDING. THE EXISTING
BUILDING AREA, CONSTRUCTION TYPE, AND OCCUPANCY TYPE WILL
REMAIN UNCHANGED. THE EXISTING SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND FIRE ALARM
SYSTEM MAY REQUIRE MODIFICATIONS BASED ON THE PROPOSED
TENANT LAYOUT. THE SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDED UNDER THIS PERMIT
PACKAGE INCLUDES WORK ON BOTH THE 1ST AND SECOND LEVELS OF
THE STORE. SCOPE OUTLINE AS FOLLOWS:
NON-STRUCTURAL INTERIOR DEMOLITION, WALL & FLOORING FINISH
UPDATES, NEW FIXTURES, NEW INTERIOR STUD PARTITIONS IN SELECT
AREAS, NEW STEEL POSTS FOR PARTIAL HEIGHT WALLS.
ASSOCIATED MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, AND PLUMBING MODIFICATIONS
