Let me know if you need anything else! 1. Detail and show on the plan any seating areas and all seating arrangements. - Tent is used for standing room, standing under tent to view statue unveiling 2. Provide a detailed occupant load with occupant load calculations shown. - We don’t have an exact occupant load, as my customer expects maybe 15 people or so standing 3. Show any standing areas. - Entire tent is used for standing area 4. On the tent life safety plan, identify each required exit, exit sign locations and emergency lighting, fire extinguisher locations and tent dimensions. - The attached diagram shows exits and fire extinguisher locations 5. Detail all locations and types for any and all appliances, generators, heating & air conditioning equipment and cooking equipment - No appliances will be used for the tent 6. Will the tent have sidewalls? If so identify all exit locations. - The tent will not have sidewalls 7. I put the event as a Special Event as that was the closest I saw that pertained to this. At the end it said there was a fee of around $187. If you could please confirm that the fee is being waived for this here!
