of record and/or builder/framer is responsible to assure these drawings are

to account for tile load in the MBA on this floor.
Flush beam depth greater than floor joist depth. Verify all
loading and framing conditions prior to construction.
There are different joist series of the same
depth specified on this floor system. Verify
when installing that the proper TJI® joists
are used in the appropriate area.
