The undersigned, P Fv 1 k being the owner of the
property commonly known to be located at 0 Corn all Court, armel, IN 46032, parcel number
17-09-34-00-00-008.001 as shown on Exhibit A, which is attached and incorporated herein
hereby authorizes McKenzie Collection to file all zoning applications related to Lots 324 & 325
in Jackson's Grant Section 7 & Gallagher Parcel including but not limited to filings for a rezone,
taxpayer increment financing applications, development plans, primary and secondary plats for
the aforementioned property with the Carmel Redevelopment Corporation and/or City of
Carmel, Department of Community Services (Planning & Zoning).
This consent shall remain in effect until revoked by a written statement filed with the Carmel
Redevelopment Corporation and/or the Department of Community Services (Planning &
Zoning).
