I drove by the store recently and noticed that the façade was changed (see attached). An administrative ADLS Amendment is required because of this unapproved change. The petition will not be seen by any entity, but will instead be only reviewed by myself. There is a small filling fee of $143.00. An application can be applied through Cityworks, Carmel’s ePermitting site. Once submitted I will send an invitation to ProjectDox, Carmel’s eReview site.
