LLC, the developer of Jackson's Grant, regarding the above mentioned Docket # applications. These applications are being submitted by two future homeowners of Lots 324 and 325 in Jackson's Grant Section 7 and their builders. As you will be hearing during their presentation, there is a half -acre parcel adjacent to Lots 324/325 that was owned by Bob and Johanna Gallagher. In a nutshell, the petition in front of you is to allow this half acre to brought into the Silvara (Jackson's Grant) PUD so the land can be divided up and added to Lots 324/325 within Jackson's Grant Section 7. Jackson's Grant Real Estate Co. LLC is in full support of this petition. The half -acre parcel is really a rectangular shaped outlot that is surrounded by Jackson's Grant. It's inclusion in the Silvara PUD and Jackson's Grant Section 7 plat just makes sense and will have a direct benefit to the lots in question. It will square off these two lots, increasing the size of the back yards and provide for greater privacy. In our opinion, there will be no negative impact on any surrounding properties within Jackson's Grant or to the properties to the north and west.
