The applicant seeks the following development standards variance approval: 5. Docket No. PZ-2021-00084 V UDO section 2.04 Max. 35% lot cover required, 43% requested. The site is located at 10419 High Grove Dr. (Windemere Subdivision Section 3 Lot 57). It is zoned S1/Residence. Filed by Bui Tran, owner. General Info & Analysis: The Petitioner seeks lot cover variance approval for an existing circular driveway and also to add a covered porch/deck, which will increase the lot coverage to 43%, overall. This is a variance of 8%. Please see the Petitioner’s informational packet for more detail on the variance request. The existing un-roofed deck will be expanded, and then that overall deck area will be covered with a roof. The topography of the back yard is sloped. The deck addition will be fairly high off the ground. However, this will provide usable space for the family. The Windemere Homeowners Association (HOA) has provided an approval letter. The Petitioner addressed all planning/zoning review comments, and the Planning Dept. supports this variance request.
