Re: BZA Docket No. PZ-2021-00089 V: Magnolia Condos – Right of Way Width Variance
Dear Ms. McGuckin:
At the special meeting held on Friday, May 28, 2021 the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at
approximately 731 South Rangeline Road and 726 Pawnee Road:
APPROVED: Docket No. PZ-2021-00089 V, Development Standards Variance approval for: Compliance
with the Thoroughfare Plan – Local street right of way width: 56’ required, 30’ granted.
Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must
have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is May 28, 2024.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
