Domain at Bennett Farms introduction
The Connor Group is seeking a variance for the property Domain at Bennett
Farms. Located at 5000 Bennett Pkwy, Zionsville, IN 46077. We would like
to remove the monument sign from the lawn of the property, to the median.
We believe this will look more uniform and give the property an updated
look.
Statement of Variance request
We are asking for a Variance for the property Domain at Bennett
Farms. Located at 5000 Bennett Pkwy, Zionsville, IN 46077. We
would like to remove the monument sign that is currently in the
grass area in front of the property, to the median. The new sign will
give an updated look and be easier to see.
Statement of Support
We would like to remove the monument sign from the grass area in
front of the property. Then to replace with new sign to the median
going into the property. We feel this will be better seen by the public.
The new sign will also be updated looks wise, to give it a fresh look.
Residential Complex should not have a sign more than 5 feet from
the face of the building. This particular property has a very long
drive that starts with a median. It would be difficult for the public to
find, if it did not have a sign at the street.
