THE MINIMUM COVER FROM THE TOP OF THE INSTALLED PAVEMENT TO THE
TOP OF THE INSTALLED PIPE SHALL BE THE PAVEMENT SECTION THICKNESS
(ALL BITUMINOUS AND AGGREGATE MATERIAL ABOVE THE SUBGRADE) PLUS

REQUIRED INSPECTIONS FOR CERTAIN STAGES OF THE WORK AND TO REVIEW
THE AUTHORITY OF THE DEPARTMENT AS IT RELATES TO WORK WITHIN THE
EXISTING AND PROPOSED CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY.
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THAT ALL STATE
HIGHWAYS, CITY, AND COUNTY PERMITS HAVE BEEN OBTAINED BY THE
DEVELOPER PRIOR TO START OF CONSTRUCTION.
SIDEWALK NOTE:
1. ALL TRANSVERSE JOINTS SHALL BE TOOLED OR SAWCUT JOINTS 1/4 THE
THICKNESS OF THE CONCRETE SIDEWALK.
2. WALKS ACROSS DRIVEWAYS SHALL BE 6" OR THE THICKNESS OF THE
PROPOSED DRIVEWAY WHICHEVER IS THICKER.
