5:30 p.m. will hold a Public Hearing at Carmel City Hall, 2nd Flr Caucus Rooms, 1 Civic Sq,
Carmel, IN 46032 upon Development Standards Variance Application for:
UDO Section 25.02.02 (A) - Petitioner requests a fence 48" high with stone corner post of 6 feet and
intermittent columns of 4 feet 6 inches. The Ordinance permits a fence of 42 inches high.
For property being known as 135 Sylvan Lane, Carmel, IN 46032

Procedure:
The petitioner shall incur the cost of the purchasing, placing, and removing the sign. The sign must be
placed in a highly visible and legible location from the road on the property that is involved with the public
hearing.
The public notice sign shall meet the following requirements:
1. Must be placed on the subject property no less than 20 days prior to the public hearing date.
2. Sign must follow the sign design requirements: �.

• Must be double sided
