6) EXCAVATIONS EXCEEDING TWENTY (20) FEET IN DEPTH REQUIRE A TRENCH SAFETY SYSTEM DESIGNED BY A
REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER.
7) IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DEVELOPER AND CONTRACTOR TO MAINTAIN QUALITY CONTROL
THROUGHOUT THIS PROJECT.
