Distances relative to the calculated andaccepted survey lines are as shown.3) Clarity or ambiguity of record descriptions used:-There does not appear to be any ambiguity in the recordeddescription.4)The Relative Positional Accuracy (Standard used by thesurveyor herein) of the corners of the subject tract established thissurvey is within the specifications for a Suburban Survey (0.13 feetplus 100 parts per million)BASIS OF BEARINGS:The lines and corners of the "SRE" were established by GPS-RTK observation on the monuments located forthis survey on March 3, 2021.
