ZONING ORDINANCE SECTION 5.39: SIGN ORDINANCE for signage standards.
Mounting method: Flush to fascia
Lighting Style: Face/front lit that light white at night made up of individual channel
letters. Design elements may be in color
This letter shall also serve to authorize ISF Signs to act as our agent when
applying for the necessary municipal approvals and permits.

The Carmel Planning Department took the following administrative action regarding a new Development Sign Package.
The site is located at 280 E. 96th Street. It is zoned B-1 and is not located within any overlay zone.
