Dear City of Carmel BZA Committee,
As the owners of 112 Park Lane and the neighbors of Jarreth and Kelsey Vance, owners of 100
Pa rk Lane, we a re writing to let you know that we support the following variances for the
Vance's build:
City of Carmel Zoning Ordinance 8,04,03 Minimum Lot Standards:
A. Minimum Front Yard: noted as 35 feet whereas proposed as approximately 31.55 feet
and only being encroached by the primary structure's front porch.
C. Minimum Aggregate Side Yard: noted as 15 feet whereas proposed as a minimum of 10
feet.
