Minimum Front Yard: noted as 35 feet whereas proposed as approximately 31.55 feet and only being encroached by the primary structure's front porch. C. Minimum Aggregate Side Yard: noted as 15 feet whereas proposed as a minimum of 10 feet. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you might have.
