28. Posts to receive Simpson HDG Tie downs embedded into concrete.
29. Posts to receive Simpson Column caps at comer and mid wall connections for wind ratings.
30. All window and door sill plates to be constructed of LP Solidstart 2" x 6" Engineered lumber.
31. All walls shall receive 7/16" Huber Zip system Sheathing as needed.
32. All framing to be completed in accordance with standard Building practices and meet or
exceed all building codes.
33. Building to receive Six( 6) Vinyl sliding glass window units. Sized to fit openings
approximately 59.5 Inches width x 58" height.
34, Windows to meet or exceed all energy codes - Double -Pane glass with Low-E coating and
argon gas. Windows include screens.
35. Windows and patio door to be white inside and outside.
36. Provide and install one 60" W x 96" H white Vinyl sliding patio door.
37. Patio door glass to be double -pane with Low-E Glass with argon gas.
38. Door Glass to be tempered glass to code.
39. All hardware on doors and windows to be white.
40, Exterior wall of the East 12-foot side to be covered with LP Smartside engineered wood siding
of a size to match the existing siding on the house. Choice of sizes available.
41. Exterior trim of the room to be LP Smartside trim and moldings.
42. All exterior siding and trim to be painted white to match the existing structure. Customer has
paint color from Sherwin Williams.
43. Soffit and fascia to be LP Smartside components. - Painted white.
44. Soffit to be vented 100 % of length with mitered comers.
45. Roofing system to be 3/12 hip style.
46. Roofing area to receive 7/16 Huber zip system roof decking.
47. Roof to Wall flashing to be metal and rubber installed to code.
48. Roof to receive Ice and water barrier 54" from fascia edge.
49. Roof to receive Synthetic underlayment for the rest of the area.
50. Roof to receive architectural shingles to match existing shingles on the rest of the house.
51. Roof to receive three Pod vents to vent heat and moisture.
52. Roof framing system to be framed with 2" x 6"" cords or better ( to code requirements )
53. Roof / Ceiling joists to be 2" x 10" #2 or better
54. All roofing to be fastened to code with approved fasteners.
55. Interior walls and ceilings to receive drywall. Walls to be ''/2" and ceiling to be 5/8" fire coded
rated drywall.
56. Ceiling to receive R-38 faced Fiberglass insulation
57. Walls to receive R-21 faced Fiberglass insulation
58. Job includes finishing drywall and all interior trim work as needed.
59. Job includes priming and two coats of paint.
60. Job includes electrical installation - Includes installing eight (8) interior duplex plug ins and
one exterior Ground Fault Duplex plug, one exterior light fixture and one interior light fixture.
All electrical to be installed by licensed electrician subcontractor.
