Flood Insurance Rate Maps for the City of Carmel,
Indiana (Community Panel #180081 0006 C, dated
May 19, 1981).
Note:
The proposed construction grades depicted
hereon are based upon information, proposed
grades andlor contours, taken from the approved
construction plans prepared for this subdivision.
Unless staled hereon, no information pertaining

elevations, soil types or conditions within the
building area of said lot. has been provided or
referenced on said plans. With the construction
of a basement, it is recommended that the lowest
floor elevation be constructed at least two (2) feet
