Landlord Signage Permission Sheet
To Whom It May Concern,
I, Joshua Line, of Sandor Development Company, give permission to Eye 4 Group, LLC to secure
permits and install signage per the attached rendering for our Tenant, SZ Zionsville, LLC, located at
10725 N. Michigan Rd., Suite 130, Zionsville, IN 46077.
This letter serves as authorization for the Tenant to perform this work, but is no way meant to be
construed as 106 Michigan Realty LLC or Sandor Development Company incurring any liability or
responsibility or other obligations in connection with this work.
The Tenant and any and all contractors hired by the Tenant shall be responsible for any damage to
the building, building façade, pylon sign and/or roof related damage due to improper installation or
design of the sign at the Property.
Pertaining to existing signs proposed to be removed for new sign installation or repositioning, the
Tenant shall be responsible for ensuring the façade is repaired, repainted, and/or reskimmed from
score line to score line to appear as if a sign were never present prior to reinstallation.
