New three story personal storage facility.
Incidental use areas are required to be provided with smoke tight
construction. Partitions shall extend from the floor to the underside of
the floor, roof deck above, or tight ceiling. Doors shall be self-closing or
automatic-closing upon detection of smoke. Air-transfer openings shall
be provided with smoke dampers. Duct work does not need to be
dampered.
