Carmel Drive Carmel, IN 46032 Re: BZA Docket No. 18120010 UV — Recovery Auto Dear Mr. Coots: At the meeting held on Monday, February 25, 2019 the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Use Variance (UV) request filed by you for the property located at 10601 N. College Avenue: APPROVED with Conditions: Docket No. 18120010 V, Use Variance approval for Prohibited Uses in Overlay, Automobile Sales & Display granted with the Condition of a two (2) year time limit. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Use Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. However, the BZ4 s 2-year time limit Condition precludes the 3 year time limit; the expiration date of this use variance is February 25, 2021.
