RE: Docket No. PZ-2021-00073 PP: Albany Village Subdivision
Dear Mr. Dobosiewicz,
The Carmel Plan Commission Residential Committee took the following action at its meeting on July 6, 2021 regarding
an application seeking primary plat approval for 82 lots (36 single-family detached dwelling units and 46 two-family
attached dwelling units) on 36 acres. The site is located at 14407 Shelborne Rd. and is zoned Albany Village
PUD/Planned Unit Development (Ordinance Z-666-21).
APPROVED with Condition: Docket No. PZ-2021-00073 PP: Albany Village Subdivision
• CONDITION: The Developer will provide one (1) tree in the rear of each of the lots in the northwest
corner that backs up to Shelborne Rd. and Old 146th St., and forty (40) trees scattered along the path along
the pipeline easement.
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
