Thank you for responding so quickly to my permit application.
With regard to the second floor space that's labeled"Bonus Room", my client
intends to use this space for storage but may eventually finish the space to create an
Office. The"Bonus" area will not be a bedroom.
In the basement section of the home,a vapor barrier with a nominal thickness of 6
mil will be used.
The poured basement walls will be reinforced with steel bars per I.R.C. and the
backfill height will be 88" from the bottom of the footings.
My plumber,Stephen Beyer of Beyer Plumbing Company,will be following the
rules of the Indiana Plumbing Code.
