Dear Cody,
It is my pleasure to inform you that the ARB & Board of Directors of the HOA have reviewed and approved your proposed deck
project, as presented in the revised Plot Plan (with stairs on the street side of the deck). While one Board Member has not yet
responded, all other participants have indicated their approvals. As such, the project is approved by the HOA Board & ARB as
presented in the attached Plot Plan (revised).
It is our policy to remind our neighbors to be respectful of property boundaries and setback lines in order to avoid future
complications, but your proposal would not appear to threaten such boundaries.
We very much appreciate and respect your investment in your home, and in our neighborhood.

I am forwarding the revised Plot Plan for the Weinstein residence at 3793 Steeplechase. Please accept my apologies for the
delay, but I was away from home last weekend.
If you recall (as highlighted below), there was a question regarding the note "BSL" and the drawings submitted showed the
stairs to the deck in two different locations.
The attached, revised Plot Plan now shows the stairs on the side of the deck facing the street.
Overall, the proposal is to restore/renew the existing deck, as well as expanding the deck. It is also appropriate to note that
the ARB/Board has reviewed multiple proposals for renewal of decks in 2020/2021, as would be expected when considering
age and deterioration.
Please review the drawings included in the original response and provide any comments or questions in order that we can
respond promptly to the Weinsteins. As always, the entire group, including our neighbor, is included in this email chain in the
interest of transparency and in order that the neighbor is included in all discussions related to their project, so feel free to
communicate with them, directly, if you wish.
