Re: Reveal-Risk Signage at 650 East Carmel Drive
Dear Chad:
This letter will serve as your authority to pursue the permit for exterior signage for Reveal-Risk
at 650 East Carmel Drive. This sign is to replace the signage removed by United Way on the top
of the building on the west side of the property.
If you or the City should need anything else, please don’t hesitate to call me at 317-590-4177.

Hi,
I believe Chad Hightower has been working with you on building signage and we've been
trying to figure out how to work within (or influence) the legacy building guidelines that are
only specific to 650 e Carmel vs other buildings on the street.
I understand the current stipulation to require metallic gold lettering on any building signage.
We have tried 3 different mock-ups but none of them look brand aligned and contrast with
our simple basic blue, black and white logo.
Previous to understanding the building guidance, I had thought the other company signs were
tarnished and yellow. Gold on red brick plus other colors is a but of a design issue and not
good for our businesses, the building, or our fine city!
I would like to find our if there are any options to change / amend the guidance to something
that is more tasteful and aligned with the decade.
Can we chat about options? I really want to discuss options before spending $10k on a sign
that no one is happy with.
