FUTURE:
Large window in Kitchen closed up to allow for Half Bath wall moved. Toilet and vanity moved to side
wall. Shower installed in new bathroom space. Pocket door installed in bathroom.
Wall/Doorway in Kitchen opened up and reframed. Refrigerator moved to other end of wall. Stove
moved to opposite wall.
Electrical in Bathroom and Kitchen updated to code. Fire alarms updated to code.
