Below I will note the documents with supporting narrative for each.  HOA Approval – I have uploaded the HOA approval delivered via e-mail.  4919 Essex Dr Property Survey – I have uploaded a Boundary Retracement Survey for the property reflecting existing improvements including the existing Wooden Deck w/ Pergola which is the site for this project. The Pergola will remain but the Wooden Deck will be replaced.  Project Site – I have uploaded a drawing focused on the site of the project which includes dimensions and distances to the property lines. The west edge of the project is 31’8” from the west property line; the east edge of the project is 62’7” to the east property line; the south edge of the project is 3’ from the Sea (Lake) Wall. The distance between the treated 2”x8” floor joists will be 16” on center; I have placed several Double 2”x 8” Floor Joist Beams throughout for additional support. Note the UPPER DECK floor joists run east/west anchored to outer edges and center Double 2”x8” Floor Joist Beam; the STEP floor joists run north/south; the LOWER DECK floor joists run east/west anchored to outer edges and 3 Double 2”x8” Floor Joist Beams. The 2’11” x 5’3” fireplace is noted in the plan as the light-yellow shaded box.  Project West View – I have uploaded a drawing showing the west view of the project depicting the UPPER DECK, Step, and LOWER DECK. The treated 4”x4” Anchor Posts will be cemented into the ground 30” below grade in 12” diameter holes; the 6”x6” Cedar Rail Posts will be 40” high above the deck top; the railing will be 36”H Trex aluminum.  Project North View – I have uploaded a drawing showing the north view of the project.
