HOWEVER, SITE CONDITIONS, CONSTRUCTIONMETHODS, SEQUENCING OF WORK AND GENERAL PRACTICE MAY WARRANTVARIATION AND/OR ADDITIONS TO THE QUANTITIES AND LOCATIONS OF MEASURESAS SHOWN.2.UNLESS OTHERWISE SHOWN, TEMPORARY CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BEREMOVED UPON SATISFACTORY ESTABLISHMENT OF PERMANENT VEGETATION.3.SEE SHEET C403-C404 FOR DETAILS REFERENCED ON THIS SHEET.4.PERIMETER CONTROL MEASURES (I.E. SILT FENCE, DIVERSION DITCHES, TREEPROTECTION FENCING) SHALL BE INSTALLED PRIOR TO COMMENCING EARTHWORKACTIVITIES.5.IN ADDITION TO THE MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS IDENTIFIED FOR INDIVIDUALMEASURES, ALL EROSION CONTROL MEASURES INSTALLED UNDER THIS PROJECTSHALL BE INSPECTED WEEKLY TO ENSURE THEY ARE FUNCTIONING PROPERLY.MEASURES FOUND TO BE DEFICIENT SHALL BE REPAIRED OR REPLACEDIMMEDIATELY THEREAFTER.6.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN A STABLE CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE AT ALLTIMES AND SHALL MAKE EFFORTS TO MINIMIZE THE ACCUMULATION OF SOIL, MUDAND DEBRIS ON ADJOINING ROADWAYS.7.TEMPORARY SOIL STOCKPILES SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED IN A MANNER SUCH THATPROPER DRAINAGE OF THE SITE IS NOT IMPEDED. STOCKPILES SHALL BECONTAINED WITHIN A PERIMETER CONTROL MEASURE (I.E. SILT FENCE, STRAWBALES OR OTHER BARRIER) TO TRAP SEDIMENT. STOCKPILES THAT WILL REMAIN INEXCESS OF 6 MONTHS SHALL BE TEMPORARILY SEEDED.8.SYMBOLS FOR INLET PROTECTION MEASURES AND DITCH CHECKS ARE SHOWNLARGER THAN ACTUAL SIZE.9.DISTURBED AREAS AND STOCKPILES THAT ARE TO REMAIN IDLE FOR MORE THAN14 DAYS SHALL BE STABILIZED WITH TEMPORARY SEEDING..1.REPAIR OR REPLACE ALL EXISTING SILT FENCE, CHECK DAMS OR INLETPROTECTION DAMAGED DURING EARTHWORK OR CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.2.DESIGNATE THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLYING WITH THE ON-SITESWPPP INSPECTIONS UNTIL ALL DISTURBED AREAS ON SITE SITE HAVE REACHED70 PERCENT VEGETATIVE COVER DENSITY.3.IF WORK OR CONSTRUCTION HAS STOPPED FOR 2 WEEKS OR MORE BEFOREPERMANENT SEED IS APPLIED, INSTALL TEMPORARY SEED AND MULCH ASDESCRIBED ON SHEET C403. COORDINATE RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPLETING THESITE REVIEW AFTER EACH 12" RAINFALL AND A MINIMUM OF ONE TIME A WEEK.4.FOR ALL PHASES, COMPLETE MASS GRADING AND EXCAVATION. PERFORM FINAL GRADING AND SEEDBED PREPARATION.12. PLACE PERMANENT SEEDING AND MULCH OR EROSION CONTROL BLANKET WITHIN30 HOURS OF SEEDBED PREPARATION. INSTALL EROSION CONTROL BLANKETSINDICATED ON PLANS.13. FINAL STABILIZATION IS CONSIDERED COMPLETE WHEN ALL LAND DISTURBINGACTIVITIES HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND A UNIFORM VEGETATED SURFACE WITH70% DENSITY IS ACHIEVED ON ALL DISTURBED/DENUDED AREAS AND AREAS NOTHAVING A PERMANENT STRUCTURE. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OVER-SEED ASREQUIRED TO OBTAIN 70 PERCENT VEGETATIVE DENSITY IF REQUIRED.14. AFTER SITE HAS REACHED 70% VEGETATIVE COVER, CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVEREMAINING TEMPORARY BMP STRUCTURES AND REPAIR AND RE-SEED ANYDISTURBED AREAS AS REQUIRED.15.
