TRANSFER OF FUNDS BY THE CITY OF CARMEL, STREET DEPARTMENT
WITHIN THE MVH FUND
WHEREAS, on December 16, 1996, the Common Council of the City of Carreel passed
Resolution No. 12-16-96-01 authorizing the Street Department to transfer nine thousand
dollars ($9000.00) from Line Item #502 (Contracted Street Repaving) to Line Item #660
(Cars and Trucks) within the Cure Cap Sewer Fund; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 12-16-96-01 inadvertently named the Cum Cap Sewer Fund
rather than the MVH Fund for the transfer; and
WHEREAS, an amount of nine thousand dollars ($9000.00) is needed to cover expenses
in the Street Department budget (MVH Fund) Line Item #660 (Cars and Trucks); and
WHEREAS, the Street Department has excess funds in the amount of nine thousand
dollars ($9000.00) in the Street Department MVH Fund Line Item #502 (Contracted
Street Repaving) to transfer into Line Item #660 (Cars and Trucks).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel,
Indiana
1. That Resolution No. 12-16-96-01 is hereby repealed; and
2. That the Street Department be authorized to transfer nine thousand dollars
($9000.00) from the MVH Fund Line Item #502 (Contracted Street Repaving) to Line
Item #660 (Cars and Trucks).

WITHIN THE CUM CAP SEWER FUND
WHEREAS, An additional amount of $9,000.00 is needed to cover
said expenses in Account #660 CARS AND TRUCKS; and
WHEREAS, Street Department has funds in the amount of $9,000
in Account #502 CONTRACTED STREET REPAVING,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Common Council of the City
of Carmel that the Street Department be authorized to
transfer:
$9,000.00 FROM ACCOUNT #502 CONTRACTED STREET REPAVING
into
ACCOUNT # 660 CARS AND TRUCKS
