Brandau, Deputy Director, Department of Community Development, City of Carmel SUBJECT: Reasoning/Justification for issuing this Sign permit In the event a question arises with regard to the uniformity of the signs established within the C.P. Morgan's "Office Court" complex and the 301 East Carmel Drive "Retail" complex, it was the determination of Wes Bucher and myself that these two (2) are two (2) separate unified centers: The "retail" center's sign package was reviewed and approved with individual internally illuminated red letters--18-90-ADLS.
