Attached please find the correct sign information for both
Stratford Center, 1980 E. 116th Street, and Carmel Office Court,
301 E. Carmel Drive. As you can see, these signs are the same
except for the width of the sign.
Also, attached is a list of tenants for these properties, for

SUBJECT: Reasoning/Justification for issuing this Sign permit
In the event a question arises with regard to the uniformity of the signs established
within the C.P. Morgan's "Office Court" complex and the 301 East Carmel Drive "Retail"
complex, it was the determination of Wes Bucher and myself that these two (2) are two (2)
separate unified centers:
The "retail" center's sign package was reviewed and approved with individual
internally illuminated red letters--18-90-ADLS.
The "Office Court's" sign package was reviewed and approved with non -
illuminated sand blasted signs--96-88 ADLS.
