We hereby authorize and give permission for Walsh Sign Corporation to install
and erect a sign of same size as existing sign in approximately the same location
as existing sign.
The new Sign dimensions will are 8 feet wide and 45 inches tall and 59 inches
above ground level.

Because an institutional sign must be setback 10-ft from the road right of way, I have
constructed the 58-ft buffer from the centerline of 111I' street to show where the new sign
must be. This buffer line width includes the 48-ft center of 11 Vh street, plus the 10-ft
setback from that road right of way line.
Please show the new proposed sign location as being at least 58-ft from the centerline of
1 11th street. Once I have a revised sign location, I can process the sign permit application.
