Dear Mr. Mance,
At the regular meeting held Monday, August 26, 2002, the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning
Appeals took the following action regarding the Sign Plan amendment for Use Variance Docket No.
UV-176-00 filed by you for four general office buildings located at 2900, 2910, 2920 and 2930 East
96th Street:
APPROVED with Conditions: Amendment to Rocket No. TTV-176-00, petition for revised.
Sign Plan for the East 96th Street Office Park. The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed,
thereby approving the petition with the following Conditions agreed to by the petitioner:
1) That the tenant wall signs will be non -illuminated.
2) That there will be no more than two (2) tenant identification signs per gable sign
band.
Entrance Ground Sign: Structure: Red brick to match office buildings; Limestone caps. Sign
Area: Stucco texture background; Deep blue foam -cut letters; Maximum eight -inch letter
height. Ground illuminated.
