At the meeting held March 1, 2005 the Plan Commission Sub -Division Committee took the following action regarding
the Architectural Design, Lighting, and Signage Amendment approval for the property located at 11895 North Meridian
Street.
APPROVED: Docket 05020016 ADLS Amend. The Committee approved the request four (4) in favor zero (0)
opposed thereby granting the petition subject to the following conditions:
1. Make the red in "Marriott" perforated to show as white at night.
2. Add the Screen Wall on the east side facing Pennsylvania Street.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
