APPROVED: Docket 05020016 ADLS Amend. The Committee approved the request four (4) in favor zero (0) opposed thereby granting the petition subject to the following conditions: 1. Make the red in "Marriott" perforated to show as white at night. 2. Add the Screen Wall on the east side facing Pennsylvania Street.
