After reviewing the above referenced application I have the following comments:

Lion 25.7.04-1b. iii MAXX M SIGN AREA of the Carmel/Clay Sign
Ordinance, limits the allowable sign area for your tenant space to 82.16 square feet.
The permit filed is requesting 138 square feet. Additionally, per the definition of an
IDENTIFICATION SIGN only 25 percent of the allowable sign area may be used
for a LOGO (allowable 20.54 sq. ft., you propose a 27.945 sq. ft. of logo area).
-Aeption 25.7.04-lb.vi. COLOR & DESIGN of the Carmel/Clay Sign Ordinance,
states that all sign located within a "unified center" must be of a similar design and
identical in lighting, color and style of construction. The information provided with
your application does not go into enough detail for to determine compliance
with this section of the ordinance.
Due to the above deficiencies and/or non -conforming conditions your request for
permit has been denied. Please reclaim your material as soon as possible, for this office
will only hold such documents for 30 days from the date of this letter.
