The permit filed is requesting 138 square feet. Additionally, per the definition of an IDENTIFICATION SIGN only 25 percent of the allowable sign area may be used for a LOGO (allowable 20.54 sq. ft., you propose a 27.945 sq. ft. of logo area). -Aeption 25.7.04-lb.vi. COLOR & DESIGN of the Carmel/Clay Sign Ordinance, states that all sign located within a "unified center" must be of a similar design and identical in lighting, color and style of construction.
