Revisions have been requested for the following permit application:
Permit #: B-2021-01140
Address: 221 Boulder Ct., Carmel, IN. 46032
Project: Remodel existing screened in Sun Room. Structure is 14 x 16 ft. and will be updated with single hung windows, an exterior patio door, cement siding boards, adding porcelain
tiles over existing deck boards, updating existing ceiling fan with light fixture, adding 3 electrical outlets on 3 walls and an exterior patio light. No changes to existing roof structure
or dimensions, nor to existing posts, nor floor decking boards. Porcelain tiles will be going over cement boards which will be on top of OSB. The OSB will be on top of existing wood
deck floor boards.
