If these will not be going back up and will be replaced with a monument sign - this will need to be approved by the Carmel Plan Commission Special Studies Committee. I have attached the application (ADLS Amendment) that will need to be filed with Jon Dobosiewicz no later than August 17th to be heard at the September 7, 2004, meeting. AUSAMEN.APP.doc 106th Street/Michigan Road - West Carmel Center - to move the wall sign from the north elevation to the the west elevation would require an ADLS Amendment application to be filed the Carmel Plan Commission Special Studies Committee meeting in September as well. The sign on the north elevation went before the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals on January 22, 2001 - V-182-00 to allow a 32 sq. ft. wall sign on the north facade - I have attached both the agenda and minutes of this meeting In order to move this sign from one elevation to another (north elevation to the west elevation) you would need to file an ADLS Amendment application (attached) Both of these ADLS Amendment applications need to be filed with Jon Dobosiewicz Planning Administrator City of Carmel Department of Community Services 1 Civic Square Carmel, IN 46032 PHONE: 317-571-2417 FAX: 317-571-2426 Once these applications have been reviewed by Jon, he will place them on the next available agenda.
