5. ALL GYPSUM WALL BOARD TO BE 1/2" GYPSUM BOARD FOR EXTERIOR

INTERIOR PARTITIONS TO EXTEND TO BOTTOM OF TRUSS FOR SOUND

7. GYPSUM WALL BOARD AT BATHROOMS, TOILET ROOMS, AND OTHER
WET LOCATIONS SHALL BE MOISTURE RESISTANT GREEN BOARD.
8. CONTRACTOR TO INSTALL NEW WINDOWS AND ASSOCIATED
HARDWARE PER WINDOW SCHEDULE ON SHEET A601 FOR MORE
INFORMATION. CONTRACTOR TO SUBMIT CUT SHEETS OF ALL WINDOW
UNITS TO BE USED FOR ARCHITECT REVIEW.
9. CONTRACTOR TO INSTALL NEW DOORS, FRAMES, AND ASSOCIATED
HARDWARE PER DOOR SCHEDULE ON SHEET A601 FOR MORE
INFORMATION. CONTRACTOR TO SUBMIT CUT SHEETS OF ALL WINDOW
UNITS TO BE USED FOR ARCHITECT REVIEW.
10. ALL EXTERIOR WALLS TO HAVE REQUIRED BATT INSULATION PER THE
CURRENT IECC AND JURISDICTION.
11. CORROSION RESISTIVE FLASHING SHALL BE PROVIDED ON EXTERIOR
WINDOW AND DOOR OPENINGS.
12. ALL BATHROOMS, EXCLUDING THOSE WITH OPERABLE WINDOWS,
SHALL BE MECHANICALLY VENTED TO THE EXTERIOR (MINIMUM 50 CFM
EXHAUST FAN).
13. ALL FIXTURES AND ACCESSORIES INSTALLED OUTDOORS AND
EXPOSED TO THE WEATHER SHALL BE WEATHER PROOF.
14. CONTRACTOR TO INSTALL APPROPRIATE BLOCKING AT ALL
CASEWORK, FIXTURES, AND GRAB BARS LOCATED IN FLOOR PLAN.
15. CONTRACTOR TO INSTALL KITCHEN COUNTERTOPS AT 36" AFF. SHOP
DRAWINGS TO BE SUBMITTED FOR ARCHITECT REVIEW BEFORE
FABRICATION AND INSTALL.
16. ALL EQUIPMENT TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ELECTRICAL,
MECHANICAL, AND PLUMBING CODES. SEE MEP DOCUMENTS.
17. ALL EXTERIOR COLUMNS TO HAVE A STONE BASE WRAP TO MATCH
EXTERIOR WALLS WHERE INDICATED. A STONE PRECAST TOP SHALL
SIT BENEATH TAPERED COLUMN VINYL TRIM PORTION.
18. FLOORING AT BATHROOM FIXTURES TO BE SEALED TO PREVENT
SUBFLOOR WATER DAMAGE.
19. ALL BATHROOM VANITIES TO BE INSTALLED WITH BLOCKING FOR
REQUIRED SUPPORT. SHOP DRAWINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED BY GC
AND FABRICATOR FOR SLOPED VANITY PANELS AND BE REVIEWED BY
THE ARCHITECT BEFORE PRODUCTION COMMENCES.
20. ALL DESIGN LOADS SHALL BE MET ACCORDING TO INTERNATIONAL AND
COUNTY REQUIREMENTS.
21. WALL FINISHES SHALL HAVE A FLAME SPREAD INDEX OF NOT GREATER
THAN 450.
22. ALL FIXTURES MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CLEARANCE
23. EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS TO BE REFERENCED ON SHEET A201 AND A202.
24. CONTRACTOR TO INSTALL CORNER GUARDS AT ALL EXPOSED
