If the Developmental Standards Variances are not tabled, we would agree to withdraw those Variances as well and refile only those needed following action on the Re -Zone Application that are necessary for the contemplated future development of the building. We believe that number will be substantially fewer than the presently pending Developmental Standards Variances. If withdrawn, we would request the filing fees paid for the Developmental Standards Variances be applied to any new Developmental Standards Variances necessary following the re -zone.
