Standards Variances necessary following the re -zone, we would withdraw all of the

pending Development Standards Variances since we will not know which ones, if any,
will be needed for future development. Please show the Development Standards
Variances Petitions to also be withdrawn.

Docket No. PZ-2020-00229 UV.
01 Courvsei: Additionally, we would request that the previously tabled Developmental
Steven If. lienke Standards Variances (Docket Nos. PZ-2020-00230 V; PZ-2020-00233 V; PZ-2020-
00234 V; PZ-2020-00235 V; PZ-2020-00237 V; PZ-2020-00238 V; PZ-2020-00240 V;
PZ-2020-00242 V; and PZ-2020-00243 V) be tabled until there is a determination made
by the Plan Commission and Carmel City Council on the Re -Zone Application filed on
behalf of Tomahawk Holding, LLC and The Greatest of All Taverns, LLC d/b/a The
GOAT which was filed on July 12, 2021. If the Developmental Standards Variances
are not tabled, we would agree to withdraw those Variances as well and refile only those
needed following action on the Re -Zone Application that are necessary for the
contemplated future development of the building. We believe that number will be
substantially fewer than the presently pending Developmental Standards Variances. If
withdrawn, we would request the filing fees paid for the Developmental Standards
Variances be applied to any new Developmental Standards Variances necessary
following the re -zone.
