Exterior repainting of all unit buildings, maintenance building, carports and clubhouse.
INCLUDES:
**All products to be Sherwin Williams on this project**
**Pricing based on a color change to all previously painted surfaces**
•Pressure wash all substrates that are to be painted, to remove any dirt or other surface contaminants that could prevent
proper adhesion of the paint coatings.
•Apply 2 coats of SuperPaint, Satin finish, to the following substrates:
•Fascia
•Soffit
•Gable Vents
•Gutters and Downs
•Apply 2 coats of SuperPaint, Satin finish, to the following substrates:
•Siding
•Apply 2 coats of WB Alkyd Urethane Semi-Gloss to the following substrates:
•Man Doors
•Door Frames
•Railing
EXCLUDES:
•Prefinished Doors and Frames
•Prefinished Sliding Doors
•Vinyl Window Trim
•Light Fixtures Attached to the Buildings
•Light Poles
•Repairing the Finish on the Painted Concrete Floors
•Park Benches
•Garage Doors on Carports

•Perimeter Fencing

**Pricing is based on all the landscaping being trimmed back by the customer, a minimum of 3 feet from the building.**
Interior Repaint
Interior repainting of the common hallways and laundry rooms.

•Apply 2 coats of ProMar 200 Zero VOC, Semi-Gloss finish, to the following substrates:
•Trim
•Baseboard
•Stair Risers
•Apply 2 coats of WB Industrial Urethane Alkyd Enamel to the following substrates:
•Man Doors
•Door Frames
EXCLUDES:
•Removal of Wall Decorations, Pictures, etc.
•Second Coat of Drywall Compound
•Light Fixtures
•Brick
•mailboxes
•Clubhouse
•Townhouses
•Unit Interiors
Wood Repair
INCLUDES:
•Remove and replace damaged or rotted wood trim
•Up to 1150 LF
•Remove and replace damaged or rotted wood siding
•Up to 160 SF
•Box prime all wood trim that is being replaced
•Face prime all siding that is being replaced
•Cut replacement wood and install to match original design
**Note:Due to the recent fluctuating prices and volatility in lumber pricing, Renovia will guarantee our wood replacement price
for 7 days.After 7 days, our material price will need to be verified with our supplier and adjusted accordingly.The availability of
lumber has also been a challenge.Renovia will assess the availability and stock prior to beginning a project.
