TO PAY FOR ACCOUNT # 202 Health Insurance
WHEREAS, An additional amount of $ 13,300.00 is needed to cover
said expenses in Account # 202 Health Insurance
WHEREAS, The Carmel Fire Department has funds available in the
amount of $ 13,300.00 in Account # 251, 311, 317,403,

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Common Council of the City
of Carmel that the Carmel Fire Department be authorized
to transfer:
