A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
PURCHASE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Carmel, Indiana, and Ash Realty Co.,
Inc., have negotiated a purchase agreement for the purchase of
certain real estate located at 1030 South Rangeline Road, Carmel,
Hamilton County, Indiana, and commonly known as Carmel Square
Center; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana,
finds that the terms and conditions of said Purchase Agreement
are acceptable to the City of Carmel, Indiana, and it is desirous
of entering into said Purchase Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the
City of Carmel, Indiana, that the Mayor is authorized to execute
the written Purchase Agreement between the. City of Carmel,
Indiana and Ash Realty Co., Inc., for the purchase of real estate
and improvements thereon located at 1030 South Rangeline Road,
City of Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana, commonly known as
Carmel Square Center.
ALL OF WHICH IS RESOLVED this v~ day of November, 1990.
