COMMENTS:1.Builder installed grade or drainage pattern shall not be altered.
2.Owner responsible to obtain all applicable permits from County,
State, City, or Township prior to work and to have property utilities
marked prior to digging.
3.All patios must be located in the rear yard of a unit and may not
extend beyond the side lines of the dwelling.
4. Patios may be laid with brick pavers, concrete or other suitable
material or as installed by the Developer.
5. Patios are to be installed at builder installed grade level unless
alternate level is needed for handicap accessibility.
6. All patios are subject to local ordinances and setback restrictions.
