3. FIRE EXTINGUISHERS: CONTRACTOR TO ENSURE ALL NEW AND EXISTING FIRE
EXTINGUISHERS ARE INSTALLED ACCORDING TO NFPA 10. COORDINATE WITH
OWNER/LANDLORD ON EXTINGUISHER TYPE AND HOUSING. MAXIMUM TRAVEL
DISTANCE OF 75 FEET FROM ANY POINT TO A VISIBLE EXTINGUISHER.
4. WHERE PLAN INDICATES EXPOSED DECK AT EXTERIOR WALLS, CONTRACTOR TO
PROVIDE, INSTALL, AND FINISH THE DRYWALL ABOVE THE WINDOW HEADER TO
DECK AT AS REQUIRED.
5. ALL APPLIANCES TO BE PROVIDED BY TENANT. APPLIANCES FOR BASIS OF DESIGN
ONLY, TENANT TO CONFIRM AND COORDINATE FINAL APPLIANCE SELECTIONS.

SINGLE-HANDLE PULL DOWN #9183-AR-DST, ARCTIC STAINLESS FINISH).
5 UNDERCOUNTER REFRIGERATOR SUPPLIED BY TENANT.
6 EXISTING DOOR AND FRAME TO REMAIN. REMOVE EXISTING HARDWARE AND
PROVIDE NEW LEVER STYLE PASSAGE SET. STYLE AND FINISH TO MATCH STUITE
STANDARD.
7 PROVIDE NEW FIRE EXTINGUISHER IN SEMI-RECESSED CABINET TO MATCH
EXISTING IN THE SUITE. PLACEMENT IS FOR GENERAL REFERENCE. ALL
EXTINGUISHERS SHALL BE PLACED IN ACCORDANCE WITH NFPA 10.
8 EXISTING FIRE EXTINGUISHER IN RECESSED CABINET TO REMAIN. CONFIRM THAT
