NEW DRYWALL AS REQUIRED. TRANSITION TO BE A CLEAN
HORIZONTAL LINE FINISHED SUCH THAT CONTRASTING PAINT
COLORS CAN EASILY AND CLEANLY CUT AT WALL TO CEILING
LINE. SEE REFLECTED CEILING PLAN FOR EXACT AREA OF EXPOSED
