Dear Mr. Jordan,
The following responses refer to the markup set of plans provided August 20th, 2021. The
comments are listed in the order found on the markup pdf documents.
Technical Report
1) The release rate for the 10 year storm will need reduced. The remaining storm sewer
piping including the downspout collector lines and swale basin line were added to the
model to increase the available model storage. The added storage resulted in a
decreased peak flow rate.
Stormwater BMP O&M
1) Detail for the sump/hood structure “skirt”. This oversight/terminology was corrected in
the O&M. This particular hood structure does not include a “bio‐skirt” accessory. The
intent of the sump and hood structure concerns reducing sediment and floating debris
only.
2) Label BMP easements on the site map. The BMP map now includes the appropriate
easement labeling.
3) Include swale drainage structure on Underground Detention System schematic. The
schematic now includes the swale structure.

4) Details for the Underground Detention System. The specified system is a custom
system including simple corrugate HDPE components including piping, tee fittings and
end caps. An enlarged view was added to sheet C3 to aid in construction of the
system.
Should you have any questions or required additional information please let me know.
