WHEREAS,' the common Council of the city of Carmel of Hamilton
County has determined a need to encumber funds from the 1989
General Fund, MVHFund, and Cumulative Capital Sewer Fund into the
1990 budgets; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to encumber sufficient monies i the
general fund to meet the final payroll and employee benefits
obligations for 1989.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the city of
Carmel, Indiana, that:
The Common Council hereby resolves that the Clerk-Treasurer shall
encumber sufficient funds in the general fund to meet final payroll
and empoloyee benefit obligations for the employees of the city of
Carmel, Indiana. Further, said amount of funds to be encumbered
shall be the approximate amount of up to $196,769.00 (General Fund)
and $10,829.00 (MVH Fund).
The Common Council hereby resolves that the Clerk-Treasurer shall
encumber sufficient funds in the general fund, MVH fund, and
Cumulative Capital Sewer Fund to pay the following items:
General Fund:
Clerk-Treasurer $2,500
Plan Commission $7,428

(Comprehensive Plan
& Zoning Update)
CCS: Storm Sewer
$ 363,070 (Construction &

TO PAY FOR ACCOUNT # 201 (Social Security)
WHEREAS, An additional amount of $420.00 is needed to cover said expenses
in Account # 201 (Social Security)
WHEREAS, Carmel City Court has funds available in the amount of $420.00
in Account #640 (Office Equipment)
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Common Council of the City of Carmel
that the Carmel City Court be authorized to transfer:
