HomeMy WebLinkAboutBPW-09-17-80 Add Approp/BPWRESOLUTION 2-91780 BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Public Works of the City of Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana, hereby authorize the Clerk-Treasurer to proceed with the procedure for additional appropriations from the general fund in the amount of $6750.00 from the Board of Public Works to be used as an advance of general obligation'funds to be used specifically as follows: $5,000 for the earnest money pursuant to the purchase agreement for future city facilities property; $1,000 for earnest money pursuant to the purchase agreement for future fire department Substation site; $250 to Meid ComDton for appraisal fees on the above property and an allowance of ~500 for two additional appraisals on the future city facilities site. Said funds to be repaid to the general fund after receipt of monies from the sale of general obligation bonds, should said sale be approved by the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
