Dear Brian,
Upon final review, I verify that the proposed home meets architectural standards and requirements
established in Jacksons Grant. Therefore, on behalf of JG Development, LLC, I grant architectural
approval of the plans and specifications provided for the home addressed to 12032 Sigillary Way on lot
38 of section two of the Hamlet.

Dear Mr. Atteberry:
At the meeting held on Monday, January 24, 2022 the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at
12072 Sigillary Way:
APPROVED with Conditions: Docket No. PZ-2021-00232 V, Development Standards Variance approval for:
5-ft side yard setback required, 0-ft granted with the conditions:
• The Petitioner obtains proper Consent to Encroach approval from the Carmel Board of Public Works
(BPW).
Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must
have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is January 24,
2025.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
