WATER & SE~R DEPARMENT BUDGETS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALLOCATING
Lm{pENDITURES TO THEIR PROPER ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, the Water and Sewer Department has requested a transfer of funds, and,
WFiZEAS, there are necessary expenditures to be made and the fonds set forth in
the 1983 Budgets are not designated for this purpose, it is the intent of the
Common Council to transfer funds within the budget from one account to a more
appropriate account as follows:
$350.00 From #805 Joint Regional Expenses to #796 Legal Services (Sewer Bud-
get)
#350.00 From #926.1 Education & Training to ~925 Legal Services (Water B.ud-
get)
