The undersigned, owner of the Real Estate described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and
made a part hereof, hereby authorizes the law firm of Krieg DeVault LLP, to file applications
and all other supplementary and supporting documentation with the City of Carmel Board of
Zoning Appeals for development standards (setback) variance approval to address a private
residential swimming pool encroachment into a drainage easement on real estate located at
10375 Windemere Boulevard, Carmel, Indiana.
This consent shall remain in effect until revoked by a written statement filed with Board
of Zoning Appeals of the City of Carmel, Indiana.
