Thank you for your message. I am replying from our new email address domain. Feel free to use this one going
forward.
At this time, there is nothing in the Woodlands HOA covenants and By-laws that require you to obtain approval from the
HOA to build the garage on your properties. You are good to proceed.
While approval is not needed from the HOA, we always recommend to make sure to follow all Carmel City requirements
(looks like you are doing that). In addition, we also recommend at least letting your neighbors know the plans. Again -
not a requirement, just a suggestion.

I am submitting documents to the Carmel building department for a detached garage on my property. One of the
items they require is a letter from the HOA stating that it is ok to proceed. I reviewed the covenants and found
that there was nothing stopping from proceeding. May you please provide me a letter of approval to move
forward with Carmel building department.
